1. License & Code Ownership

Upon purchasing a ready-made website template from Softzeen, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to use, modify, customize, and deploy the source code for your personal or commercial eCommerce storefront. You may host the code on any domain name or server infrastructure you own.

2. Restrictions on Resale

You may not re-distribute, sub-license, resell, or publicly publish the raw source code template package as a standalone downloadable theme or template on any competitive marketplace or file repository.

3. Technical Support Scope

Technical support covers template setup assistance, bug fixes within our original codebase, and guidance on configuration files. Support does not cover custom third-party backend modifications or custom integrations outside your purchased package terms.

4. Refund Policy

Because Softzeen provides digital source code that is delivered directly upon purchase, sales are generally final once the source files are transferred. If you encounter a confirmed technical defect in our code that our team cannot resolve within 7 business days, you are entitled to a full refund or template exchange.
